Estee Lauder's’ UK and Ireland, President Sue Fox, is set to retire.

Sue Fox, President of Estee Lauder of the UK and Ireland decision, has decided to retire from the company, she will officially step down from this role on June 30, 2025. She has been with the company for over 30 years working in a range of different positions expanding from all across the world. During her career, in 2006, she was promoted to the position of the managing director for South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa, where she played a key role in expanding the beauty brand across Africa. Soon after, she moved to London to take on the role of leading the Travel Retail EMEA. Soon after, in 2016, she took on a general manager role in Japan and, in 2020, came to London and served in the position of SVP & General Manager for the UK and Ireland. During this time she delivered profitable growth and development across brands and channels, as well during the pandemic. She has been a global leader and has made history in her career by being the first woman to serve the company in four of her roles. The reason for her retirement is unknown, as Estee Lauder has not commented on her decision, but the presumption is that it is due to her age; is it her age or an unknown scandal? We wish her the best of luck.
