Thomas Tuchel, a German professional manager, is deemed the best in the world after winning the UEFA Champions League, the Super Cup, and the Club World Cup after only managing 30 games. In August, he was contacted by the FA, which resulted in him signing a contract on October 8th, with the signing being announced this week. Thomas Tuchel has a strong record of wins and will be the permanent head coach of the England team for an 18-month period, officially starting in January till the summer of 2026. When the role became vacant in July, the FA stated that they wanted somebody that has “significant experience; English football has a strong track record of delivering results in the Premier League and leading international competitions." Although the role was not easily appointed to Tuchel, as there were “approximately 10 people” who were interviewed. Thomas Tuchel is expected to be paid around £5 million-£6 million per year, similar to previous manager Gareth Southgate. Although a senior FA source stated that Tuchel is getting paid more than Southgate.
