In Dangsan-Ri, South Korea, the citizens were striked with an unbearable loud noise that sounded like a dismal echo throughout the streets. The noise is an attack from North Korea and has been taking place since July this year. Residents have also stated that the sound was like a pack of wolves howling and metal being grinded together like a true nightmare. The sounds were random and sounded different in separate places within South Korea that bordered North Korea. A resident, Ms. An Mi-hee, told The Straits Times the experience is “driving us crazy" and ”you can't sleep at night." The speakers that are going around the village for 10–24 hours a day. The attack is the consequence of the attempt to get rid of inter-Korean relations between North and South Korea. This is as Mr. King Jong Un, North Korea's leader, and Mr. Yoon Suk Yeol, South Korea’s leader, are at one of their lowest levels of interest for one another, which has now impacted the safety of South Korea. Since the Korean War in 1950-53, which ended in a truce, there hasn't been a peace treaty between the two nations. We hope to see that change within the upcoming years and that both nations resolve their disagreement.
