Frank Lampard has been selected as the new head coach of the football team Coventry City in a deal lasting just over two years. Before this position, he was the former Chelsea and England midfielder. Coventry City are currently in 17th place in the Championship table, which is two points above the relegation places. Let’s see if his new leadership style can level up the team while taking them to a better position within the table. He is taking the place of Mark Robins, who was sacked after his leadership of seven and a half years as head coach of the team. Lampard has become the first new manager to be appointed by Sky Blues owner Doug King since the completion of his takeover in January 2023. Let’s see if Lampard can guarantee Coventry a better track record and allow them to have the chance to be promoted within the Champions table.
