On Wednesday 31st January, OpéraSPORT showed its FW24Collection at Copenhagen Fashion Week at the beautiful Copenhagen Opera House,fitting the occasion and drawing inspiration from the grand Opéra in Paris andthe vibrant energy of sports, merging opulent baroque aesthetics with rawdynamism.

The show itself was held in the building’s foyer whichboasted marble flooring and three spherical chandeliers and culminated with allthe models -- and the full collection being revealed through the doors of one 6stages.  

The colour palette explored earthy tones complemented byvibrant red and deep plum whilst prioritising practical form, movement, andfeminine elegance, allowing for a seamless transition from day to night.

Unisex designs, light seamless styles, and versatile dressescontributed to the collection's diversity and adaptability. In a dedicatedcommitment to sustainability, the collection integrates eco-conscious materialssuch as organic cotton, recycled polyester, recycled vegan leather, andrecycled wool.

Accessories featured bags made from biobased leather createdfrom leftover apple peel. The expanded Essentials carry-over program emphasisesclassic key styles, promoting season-to-season use with a consistentlyresponsible mindset.

Additionally, we’ve meticulously integrated quilt andembroideries inspired by the intricate shapes of baroque architecture”, statedStephanie Gundelach and Awa Malina Stelter, the founders of the brand.

The OpéraSPORT Fall Winter 2024 Collection will be availablefor online purchase and in stores globally in August 2024 and caters to varioustastes and sizes from XS to XL.
